Brooke Hamblet

Brooke Hamblet is an author, teacher, and therapist in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology and is currently in the process of applying to the Experimental Psychology Ph.D. program at Texas Christian University, where she hopes to study and research high-performing, high-achieving individuals and their relationship to perfection and perfection pressure.

Brooke has spent the last two decades teaching and studying wellness and personal development as a teacher, coach, director, and leader. On the side, she works as a fascial stretch therapist and cognitive behavioral support therapist for her clients with Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and their families. She is the author of Bea & Lily, Book One – A Kids’ Book for Adults About Comparison, and is the host and executive editor of the podcast Perfection Pressure. She loves to contribute extra time to animal shelters in need.

She has two boys, Freddy and Gray, and a whole lot of fluffy animals.
